My name is Mrs Stuart and I teach in EYFS and am also the EYFS phase leader. My favourite subject is music and I particularly
have a passion for teaching singing. You will often catch me creating songs with children
using a wide range of exciting instruments and exploring how to make different sounds and
melodies. I believe everyone has a musical talent that they can embrace. I play piano, violin
and recorder in the school orchestra and assemblies, to inspire the musicians of our future!
Reading is something I hold close to my heart as I find the discovery of new characters
fascinating. I love helping children blossom into confident readers and you will often find me
reading and using puppets in our cosy reading area.
Seeing children enjoying their learning always makes me smile. It is always a pleasure to
see children exploring our outdoor area such as digging for minibeasts or creating water
slides for our miniature figures. Come rain or shine, I am out there too joining in fun games,
hopscotch and even tricky word treasure hunts!

In my spare time I like playing the piano and violin.I enjoy swimming and Pilates too. I also love walking along the beach at Robin Hoods Bay with my family.
