My name is Miss Firth and I have worked at Gladstone Road since 2005. My heart is in Early Years and KS1 and I love seeing children grow from their first days in school to independent learners. I have worked within the Inclusion Team and really enjoyed the chance to support children with the barriers they are facing in school and with their learning. I’m particularly enjoyed getting to know the individual children and their families as we work together to support their journey through school.

I love the busy school environment and seeing children grow as they move through the school. I’m looking forward to getting to know all our new families in September!
